Actually it had nothing to do with the fear part, just the fact that it was so flippin' cold here!
It was 12 degrees Celcius in Toronto this morning, 11 degrees in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
Where is the justice in that?
And of course we weren't really "rounding" Cape Fear. We were cowardly scurrying around the back side of it throught the intracoastal waterway. The thought of ocean sailing around Cape Fear really does send shivers through my spine.In the end it did warm up, we managed to reach South Port and a nice little marina for the next few days while we visit with some friends and family.
