If you are travelling to Iceland, don't expect the hotels and restaurants to appear open.
Often they seems to be closed for the day yet on closer examination are open and full of patrons.
So it was with The Kex Hotel. Amazing burger, terrific atmosphere, wouldn't know it wasn't an abandoned building it we hadn't read about it.
